2. Subscription Payments
Because we provide a comprehensive 30-day free trial to test our services, **we do not offer refunds** for any paid subscription fees once they have been charged.
3. Cancellation Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again for future cycles. You will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our consultants. In cases of technical errors or double-billing, please reach out to our support team for a review of your account.
